Billing

If you do not pay for your tuition and fees when you enroll, NAU will bill you for the amount you owe.

NAU uses E-billing as its official billing method. Monthly billing statements will be emailed to your NAU-email account on or around the seventh of the month.

You can also request to receive paper billing statements; they are mailed monthly. To choose this option, go to LOUIE and check the box on the Invoice page in the Finances section. While there, make sure your billing address is correct.

Check for payment due dates when you enroll. There are so many ways to enroll and pay for your NAU classes, including payment plans, that it makes sense to pay or indicate how your bill will be paid, when you sign up. Paying late can result in extra fees being added to your bill. Past due balances can be sent to collections and/or affect your access to university services.
