Spring enrollment generally starts in November and continues through the term. Summer term enrollment begins in March for all students and continues through the term. Enrollment for Fall classes begins in April; Winter Term enrollment opens in September.

Distance Learning Service Center staff or staff from your local NAU campus will help you process your enrollment at any time during a term. Check the calendar and stay on top of the deadlines that apply to you. Every term has one or more payment deadlines, depending on when your classes start. If you do not pay by the payment deadline you may be removed from your classes. If you enroll late, you may need to file a petition in addition to your registration form. To preserve your seat in class and avoid late fees or additional paperwork, plan to enroll and pay early.
