Transferring to NAU

We know that plans can change and goals can shift. You may have started working on a degree and then decided to pursue another career or a new interest. Many of our undergraduate Distance Learning degree programs are designed for students who have completed some coursework at another college or university and wish to transfer their credits toward an NAU degree. (It is more difficult to transfer credits earned at the graduate level.)

Your advisor is always the best resource to help you evaluate which courses may translate well into NAU's system. Some other resources are available online.
As a transfer student you will need to follow the same steps and deadlines for applying and enrolling at NAU as would a new student. Work with your local NAU campus staff to complete the necessary forms and successfully enroll at NAU.
